Towers Ten underwent a Milestone Inspection in 2024, and the resulting minor repairs have been made to the building.

What is the rental policy for homeowners renting/leasing their unit

The following rules apply to renting a unit:

Proposed leases must be submitted in a timely fashion to the property manager prior to the beginning of the lease and tenant taking possession of the unit with the following attached:
Copy of any form of the lease entered into by the unit owner and his tenant.
The lease must show the beginning and ending of lease period.
No lease shall be for a term of less than 14 consecutive days.
No unit may be occupied by more than 8 people.
Names of leasing party.
Names and addresses of lessee.
No pets are allowed for rentals/leases for less than 6 months.

Is the Condominium Association involved in any court cases in which it may face liability more than $100,000? If so, identify each case.

There is no involvement in any court cases of any kind at the present time.
