What amenities are available at Towers Ten?
Towers Ten has a heated pool, hot tub, firepit, two gas grills, community room, and fitness room. The community room is used for homeowner events and is available to homeowners for private events.
Are pets allowed in Towers Ten?
A maximum of two pets (except for fish) per unit is allowed and no pet may weigh more than 30 pounds. The demeanor of the pet must be appropriate to condominium living. Service animals do no fall under these rules.
What is the rental policy for homeowners renting/leasing their unit
The following rules apply to renting a unit:
- Proposed leases must be submitted in a timely fashion to the property manager prior to the beginning of the lease and tenant taking possession of the unit with the following attached:
- Copy of any form of the lease entered into by the unit owner and his tenant.
- The lease must show the beginning and ending of lease period.
- No lease shall be for a term of less than 14 consecutive days.
- No unit may be occupied by more than 8 people.
- Names of leasing party.
- Names and addresses of lessee.
- No pets are allowed for rentals/leases for less than 6 months.
How many parking spaces am I allowed?
You are entitled to one assigned parking space in the underground garage. This parking is a limited common element appurtenant to each unit.

There is no involvement in any court cases of any kind at the present time.

There are no recreational facilities, leases or club memberships associated with the condominium at the present time.

There is no requirement to be a member of any other association.
How much are my quarterly maintenance fees for my unit type and when are they due?
The 2025 quarterly fees are as follows and are due on the 1st day of each calendar quarter. Quarterly fees are subject to change at any time.
